 The Algarve development is financed by Portugal’s leading banks.  After the initial deposit of approx £12,000 (subject to exchange rate) the balance of the deposit is financed in Portugal with the primary agent making all of the repayments to completion.  The same bank will then provide mortgage facilities.

On our fractional purchases we can assist you in raising finance if required, in some cases using the fraction as security.
