You will get paid 5% per year growth (for 2 years) based on the amount of deposit paid.

Example:

Property Purchase Price £200,000
Deposit £50,000
Balance Due on Completion £150,000

You will received 5% growth per year on £50,000 which is £2,500 per year (for 2 years)

The first payment of £2,500 will be paid to you 6 months after purchase, with the second year payment paid to you 12 months after.
